Sacajawea Non-Profit Housing is proposing affordable rental units for Indigenous post-secondary students in Hamilton.
The proposed development on 95 Dundurn Street South is for a 5-storey multiple dwelling building with 15 residential units, ranging from studio to 1-bedroom to 3-bedroom units, with barrier-free options. Gathering spaces and study rooms will be provided within the building to foster connection. This project will require City of Hamilton approval of Site Plan and Minor Variance applications to facilitate the development.
The purpose of this Open House is to provide an opportunity for you to learn more about the proposed building and site design. Landwise along with Sacajawea and the project team will be available for you to ask questions and share your comments. Notice of future public hearings related to the Minor Variances will be provided by the City of Hamilton at a later date.
