A few months ago we sent out a Neighbourhood Check-in survey asking the Kirkendall community for thoughts about the neighbourhood and how the KNA fits into things. One of the questions we asked was what types of events people would like to see more of and there were a couple of standout responses – Music Nights/Events and Community Garage Sales. So, with that in mind, we’re putting the wheels in motion to make both of these events happen.

Community Yard Sale – May 31

Planning to do some purging of household items, kids toys, or clothing this Spring? Got too many tools in the tool shed? Consider joining in our Kirkendall Community Yard Sale on Saturday, May 31.

Register here if you’re interested, and we’ll provide promotion of the event on the KNA website, our social media sites and Newsletter emails to the Kirkendall neighbourhood. We’ll also put together a map showing all the sale locations and give participants a link to a downloadable poster for posting near their location.

Need a place to set up your table?  Blessings Christian Church has offered their parking to residents needing a place to set up.
