1. Understand and stay current with Hamilton’s zoning processes bylaws and goals including Vision 20/20. 2
  2. Meet with developers to review proposals and provide feedback guided by a predetermined criteria and facilitate communication between developers and the neighbourhood. Topics excluded from this process are detached housing permits, animal and pet bylaws building inspections and permits.
  3. Develop a community based secondary plan in partnership with the city.
  4. Keep Kirkendall residents informed of the ongoing work of this committee and of development activity in the neighbourhood.
