Community Care Committee

The Community Care Committee works to help those in need in our neighbourhood. In recent years, the committee has organized, with the help of the Hamilton Street Railway, a food drive that has collected thousands of pounds of food for Mission Services’ foodbank.

For more information about the CCC, please contact Mary Lou Reiman.

The Community Care Committee has added a couple of projects to it’s agenda and we would love to have interested residents help out. We are surveying needs and services for seniors and looking at a musical fundraiser. Call me at 905-308-9678
if you can donate some time

    Hi,
Are there any meetings or plans around the community care committee this winter?

Hi Simon.YES! – we are beginning to work on the Food Drive in May and have a grant for a Seniors’ Project that we are getting up and running. Had to cancel a recent meeting due to illness but will reschedule. Are you interested? I’ll let you know the date. Thanks
