Design a New Logo for the Association and Win $150!

The Kirkendall Neighbourhood Association needs a new logo. We’re calling on all neighbourhood residents who have even an itsy-bitsy smidge of artistic talent to draw, sketch, paint, or leverage their masterful Adobe Illustrator skills to make us one. The winning artist will receive $150!

The winning design will reflect the Kirkendall Neighbourhood Association which supports:

• Being a good neighbour
• Pride in an attractive, safe neighbourhood
• Communication and discussion among residents
• Respect among residents and businesses

Your design could also include a neighbourhood feature such as a park, bridge, business district, trail, etc.

Email your design along with your name, address, email address and phone number to logo@kirkendallhood.ca, or if your design is on paper, you may fill out this entry form [Word document] and mail it.

Deadline for the Contest is October 1, 2007, so don’t wait! The winner will be announced at the Annual General Meeting, October 25, 2007, at St. Joseph’s Church Hall.

Note that you must live in the Kirkendall Neighbourhood to participate (Lower Escarpment to Main St. and Queen St. to #403 )
